Trabzonspor's interest in signing Mohamed Hany denied

Trabzonspor president Ertuğrul Doğan has revealed the truth behind his club's interest in signing Mohamed Hany, the right-back of Al Ahly FC.

Dogan stated in remarks reported by Turkish media: "It is not true that we have made an offer or that we are interested in signing Mohamed Hany."

Reports have indicated that Mohamed Hany has received an offer from Trabzonspor, where Egyptian star Mohamed Salah plays, especially given the strong relationship between the latter and the Al Ahly FC full-back.

Negotiations continue between Al Ahly FC management and Mohamed Hany to extend his contract and remain with the team in the coming years. Despite the club presenting a new offer, the player has not yet made a decision due to a disagreement over one of the clauses.

These developments put the player's future in front of several possibilities in the upcoming period, whether continuing with Al Ahly FC if an agreement is reached regarding the contract details, or seeking a new experience outside Egypt if the renewal negotiations do not materialize.
