According to "ESPN Brasil", Palmeiras is holding firm in its stance against the idea of selling Alan Elias, emphasizing that there is no desire to part ways with the player at this time, despite Manchester City's interest in acquiring his services.

On the other hand, Allan Elias is keen on moving to Manchester City, having already reached a verbal agreement with the English club regarding personal terms. However, Palmeiras' stance remains the main obstacle to completing the transfer.

Manchester City continues its efforts to try to convince the Brazilian club to part ways with the player, while Palmeiras remains firm in its stance against a sale.

The English club is working to bolster its squad with the impending departure of Brazilian winger Savinho to Tottenham Hotspur for around £75 million.
