Arsenal and Manchester United Eye Shakhtar Striker
Brazilian striker Kaoua Elias of Shakhtar Donetsk has entered the sights of Arsenal and Manchester United, after impressing both clubs in recent times, amid interest from several European teams in acquiring him.
According to "TEAMtalk", Arsenal and Manchester United are keeping an eye on the 20-year-old striker, as both clubs sent scouts to watch him during one of his matches, amid expected competition for his services.
The same source indicated that about 10 European clubs attended to watch Kawa Elias, while Shakhtar set the player's price at around £30 million, an amount that both English clubs can afford to complete the deal.
The Brazilian forward joined Shakhtar last year for around £14.5 million, and is contracted to the Ukrainian club until 2029.
Elias Kawa has scored 15 goals in 49 matches since his transfer to Shakhtar, showcasing potential that could see him develop into a complete striker in the coming years.
