Official: Real Madrid Announces Vinicius Contract Renewal

Real Madrid has officially announced that they have reached an agreement with Brazilian star Vinicius Junior to renew his contract, which will keep him with the royal team until June 30, 2032, confirming the continuation of one of their key players in their sporting project for the coming years.

Vinícius joined Real Madrid in July 2018 from Flamengo at the age of 18. Since then, he has played 375 matches for the team, scoring 128 goals and contributing to the club's 14 titles, including two UEFA Champions League trophies, three La Liga titles, and three FIFA Club World Cup titles.

The Brazilian international played a crucial role in Real Madrid's most significant achievements in recent years, having scored in the Champions League finals in 2022 against Liverpool and in 2024 against Borussia Dortmund, alongside his substantial contributions in goals and assists across various competitions.

Vinícius has been awarded The Best prize presented by FIFA for 2024, as well as the Golden Ball for the 2024 Intercontinental Cup. He also received the award for Best Player in the UEFA Champions League for the 2023-2024 season, in addition to being selected in FIFA's ideal lineup on two occasions and making the Champions League Team of the Season three times.

Real Madrid confirmed in a statement that Vinicius has become one of the most important players during one of the club's most successful periods, expressing confidence in his continued brilliance and contribution to achieving more titles in the coming years.
