River Plate Desires Return of Mastatono on Loan

Argentinian press reports revealed that River Plate is considering the possibility of bringing back their young star Franco Mastantuono on loan for the next season, just one year after his move to Real Madrid.

According to the Argentine network ESPN, River Plate's management wants to bring the player back on loan this summer to give him the opportunity to play regularly and regain his best form.

Real Madrid signed Mastantuno last summer from River Plate for 45 million euros, in a deal that reflected the great confidence the club places in the Argentine player's talent.

The beginning of Mastantonio's time with Real Madrid showed promising levels under the leadership of coach Xabi Alonso, as he received numerous opportunities and demonstrated great potential. However, his role later diminished after the departure of the Spanish coach, in addition to an injury that kept him off the field for part of the season.

The young Argentine star played 35 matches for Real Madrid across various competitions, during which he scored 3 goals and provided one assist.
