Lorient Club imposed a 2-2 draw on its host Paris Saint-Germain in the match that brought the two teams together as part of the 32nd round of the French League at Parc des Princes.

Paris opened the scoring early through Ibrahim M'Baye in the 6th minute, before Lorient quickly responded with an equalizer by Pablo Pagis in the 12th minute.

In the second half, Warren Zaïre-Emery restored the lead for the hosts by scoring the second goal in the 62nd minute, but Lorient refused to give up and managed to equalize through Tosin Aiyegun in the 78th minute.

The final minutes witnessed great excitement after the referee awarded a penalty to Paris Saint-Germain in the 90+3 minute, only to reverse his decision after consulting the video assistant referee.

With this result, Paris Saint-Germain raised its tally to 70 points at the top of the standings, temporarily 7 points ahead of Lens, while Lorient's tally reached 42 points in ninth place.
