Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, who specializes in player transfer news, has ruled out the possibility of Moroccan international Abde Ezzalzouli transferring to Paris Saint-Germain during the upcoming period, confirming that the chances of completing the deal seem extremely low at the moment.

Romano explained during his appearance on DAZN that the news circulating about Paris Saint-Germain's interest in signing the Real Betis winger does not suggest that there are any serious moves, ruling out the possibility of negotiations between the two parties advancing soon.

Manu Fajardo, Real Betis' sporting director, has put an end to speculation regarding Paris Saint-Germain's interest in signing the Moroccan player, denying the reports that linked the French club with a move for him.

Abde Ezzalzouli has been mentioned as a potential option to replace Khvicha Kvaratskhelia at Paris Saint-Germain, following the latter's injury that will keep him out for an extended period, according to a report by journalist İkram Konur.

The 24-year-old Moroccan player is performing well with Real Betis this season, having scored three goals in seven matches in LaLiga, along with one goal in two matches in the UEFA Champions League.

In this context, reports have indicated that Real Betis have no signs of serious interest from Paris Saint-Germain, while journalist Matteo Moretto clarified that a transfer for Ezzalzouli to the French club seems difficult under the current circumstances, especially since the player feels comfortable in his experience with the Spanish team.

Reports suggest that the likelihood of the player's departure during the upcoming winter transfer window is decreasing, amid the absence of any confirmations regarding a formal offer or the start of negotiations between the two clubs.

Abde Ezzalzouli is under contract with Real Betis until June 2029, with a release clause of €60 million, while his market value is estimated at around €40 million. Some Spanish reports suggest that the potential cost of the deal could reach €55 million, with FC Barcelona retaining 20% of any future sale proceeds for the player.
