The Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo" reported that Flick, who took over as coach of Barcelona in the summer of 2024, led the team in 110 matches over two seasons. During this period, Kubarsi and Lamine emerged as the most influential and consistent players on the field.

Kouparsi is considered a key element in the backline, having played 99 matches under Flick, starting 88 of them and completing 64. He also played a role in building attacks alongside his defensive solidity, participating in 56 matches in the 2024/2025 season and 43 in the current season.

On the other hand, Lamine Yamal stands out as one of the key offensive players, having participated in 99 matches, 92 of which as a starter, and completed 54 full matches. This includes 55 matches in the first season and 44 in the current season, reflecting his consistency and significant impact on the front line.

The numbers indicate that the duo tops the list of most appearances with Flick, surpassing prominent names like Jules Kounde, Pedri, and Robert Lewandowski, clearly demonstrating the great confidence they enjoy within the team.

Regarding absences, most of Kouparsy's absences were due to technical decisions or suspensions, along with some physical issues, while Lamin Yamal's absences were entirely due to physical reasons, with limited absences not exceeding 11 matches each during Flick's period.
