Tuesday 21-04-2026
Dr. Ahmed Gaballah, the doctor of Al-Ahly club, revealed details of the injury of Youssef Belamri, the team's left-back, after he underwent medical examinations in the past few hours.

He explained that the scans showed the player suffered a first-degree tear at the origin of the left adductor muscle, an injury that requires a treatment and rehabilitation program in the coming period.

The Al-Ahly doctor indicated that Belamri will undergo physical therapy, along with a rehabilitation program, to prepare him for a return to training and matches as soon as possible.

The player missed the friendly match between Al Ahly and Zed, which was held at the Tetch Stadium, due to an injury. He then underwent medical examinations under the supervision of the medical staff.

Al-Ahly continues its preparations to face Pyramids, scheduled for next Monday, as part of the final stage of the Nile League, with the team striving to maintain the readiness of its players ahead of the anticipated match.
