Upcoming Meeting Between Lewandowski's Agent and Juventus Management
Sunday 19-04-2026
The Italian newspaper "La Gazzetta dello Sport" revealed an upcoming meeting between Robert Lewandowski's agent, Pini Zahavi, and the management of Juventus in the coming days to discuss the possibility of signing the Barcelona striker at the end of the current season.

The newspaper indicated that AC Milan is also monitoring the situation, given their interest in signing the Polish striker, with confirmations that his departure from Barcelona at the end of the season seems almost certain. He is considered a suitable option for coach Luciano Spalletti, who is looking for a player with significant experience.

Lewandowski is aware of the seriousness of the interest, but he prefers to wait for a new offer from Barcelona, even if it might be less than his current value, and to postpone his final decision until at least the end of April.

The report also clarified that Juventus is looking to decide the future of Serbian striker Dusan Vlahovic, whose contract expires at the end of the season. Despite his desire to continue under Spalletti's management, the club does not intend to renew his contract with higher financial terms and is seeking an alternative that balances performance and cost.

The report indicated that the potential offer for Lewandowski would be less than his current salary, excluding the loyalty bonus he received this season. Juventus is also considering the option of bringing back Randal Kolo Muani, who is currently a Tottenham Hotspur player.

The sports management at Juventus considers Lewandowski the most attractive option due to his scoring record, extensive experience, and influence both on the field and in the locker room.

The report also confirmed that the Italian club had previously informed the player's entourage of their interest after their scouts watched him in Warsaw during the World Cup qualifying playoff match, in which he scored a goal against Albania in a game that ended with a 2-1 result.
