Wydad Athletic Club players faced harsh criticism from their fans following a 1-1 draw at home against Difaa El Jadida in the postponed match from the 11th round of the Moroccan league.

The fans expressed their discontent during and after the match, as the team's results in the local competition continued to decline, just days after their exit from the African Confederation Cup.

The Wydad management had decided to dismiss coach Mohamed Amine Benhachem before contracting with the Frenchman Patrice Carteron to lead the team. However, the start was not successful, as the team suffered a loss and then a draw in the first two matches under his leadership.

This situation increases the pressure on the coaching staff and players, amid the fans' demands to correct the course and return to achieving positive results.
