Tunisian Nasreddine Nabi has made extensive changes to the coaching staff of Wydad Athletic Club after being appointed as the team's manager until the end of the current season, with the possibility of extending his contract for an additional season if the agreed objectives with the club's management are achieved.

The Tunisian coach has opted to include Moroccan and Tunisian talents in his new coaching staff, bringing in Moroccans Mourad Tali and Naïm Aârab, alongside Tunisian Souhaib Zarrouk as assistant coach, Qais Makhlouf as performance analyst, and Firas Zghal as fitness coach.

Murad Tawil has been chosen for his previous experience with Nabi during their time at Raja CA, while former Wydad player Naeem A'arab is expected to take on the role of assistant coach in the new technical staff.

A'arab oversaw the team's training session on Wednesday after arriving in Casablanca, while Tarek Al-Jarmouni will continue his role as goalkeeper coach.

In the process of finalizing his coaching staff, Nabi has decided to assign the role of assistant coach to his compatriot Suhaib Zarrouk, performance analysis to Qais Makhlouf, and physical preparation to Firas Zaghal, while awaiting the appointment of a second physical trainer in the coming hours.

Wydad Athletic Club have parted ways with Portuguese coach Paulo Sérgio Pereira and reached an agreement with Nasser Eddine Nabi to take charge of the team moving forward. This move aims to help the club regain balance and achieve the objectives set for the current season.
