Juventus Enters the Race to Sign Barcelona Striker
Thursday 12-03-2026
Italian media reports indicate that Juventus is preparing to compete with Milan for the signing of Polish striker Robert Lewandowski, the star of Barcelona, as the summer transfer window approaches.

This comes as Juventus is aware that Lewandowski will become a free agent after his current contract with Barcelona expires in June 2026, making the deal more attractive to the Italian team's management.

The Italian newspaper "Tutto Sport" confirmed that Damien Comolli, the club's director, considers signing Lewandowski a strong move due to his experience and ability to make an immediate impact in the Italian league, despite being 37 years old.

The report pointed out that the main obstacle for Juventus is the annual salary of the Polish striker, which currently stands at 13 million euros. However, he remains a valuable player from both a technical and tactical perspective.

It is noted that Lewandowski participated in 34 matches with Barcelona this season across various competitions, during which he scored 14 goals and provided 3 assists, reflecting his continued effectiveness despite his advancing age.
