A press report today revealed developments regarding the situation of the injured trio, Amr El-Gazzar, Yassin Marei, and Mohamed Shoukry, within the Al Ahly team, ahead of their match against Al Mokawloon Al Arab, scheduled for next Thursday as part of the 21st round of the Egyptian Premier League.
According to the "Win Win" platform, Amr El-Gazzar was expected to participate in team training before the last match against Zed. However, Danish coach Jess Thorup preferred not to rush his return and gave him more time to fully recover.
The report confirmed that Yassin Marai will continue to be absent from Al Ahly's lineup against Al Mokawloon Al Arab due to a tear in his adductor muscle and lower pelvic muscles, preventing him from participating in the match.
Regarding Mohamed Shoukry, the platform indicated that he will undergo a medical examination before Monday's training session to determine his final position on participating in the upcoming match.
