List of Candidates for the December Player of the Month Award in the Premier League
The English Premier League Association announced the list of nominees for the Best Player of December 2025 award, which saw strong competition among the top stars of the competition.
The list included eight prominent players, with Erling Haaland, Manchester City's star, competing alongside his teammates Riyad Mahrez and Phil Foden, in addition to Hugo Ekitike, Liverpool's forward.
The list also included Dominic Calvert-Lewin from Leeds United, Morgan Rogers and Ollie Watkins from Aston Villa, as well as Harry Wilson from Fulham.
The winner is selected through a combination of fan votes, a panel of experts, and the captain of each club in the Premier League, to ensure the most deserving player of the award during the past month is chosen.
