Forward Wissam Ben Yedder has signed a six-month contract with Wydad Athletic Club, with an option to extend for an additional season, in a deal aimed at strengthening the team's attacking line in the upcoming period.

Ben Yeder, 35 years old, chose to embark on a new experience in the professional national league after two short stints outside Europe. During the first half of 2025, he played for the Iranian team Sepahan, appearing in 6 matches and scoring one goal. Then, in September of last year, he transferred to Sakaryaspor in Turkey, which competes in the second division, where he participated in 14 matches and managed to score 5 goals.
