Details of Barcelona's Negotiations with Juventus Striker
FC Barcelona has entered into serious negotiations with the camp of Serbian striker Dušan Vlahović, a Juventus player, as part of their plan to strengthen the attack in the future, preparing to replace Polish forward Robert Lewandowski starting from the 2026/2027 season.
According to the Italian newspaper "La Gazzetta dello Sport," Vlahović is considered Barcelona's top target for the upcoming period, especially with his contract with Juventus nearing its end in June and the difficulty of him staying with the Italian club or renewing his contract.
The Spanish newspaper "Marca" had previously revealed that Barcelona had already opened lines of communication with the player's representatives, while La Gazzetta dello Sport explained that the Catalan club's officials held several meetings with Vlahović's agent, with optimism within the management about the possibility of reaching a final agreement.
If the deal is completed, Barcelona is expected to offer the Serbian striker a salary close to his current earnings, estimated at around 12 million euros per year including bonuses.
Despite Barcelona's advanced moves, both Bayern Munich and Milan remain interested in signing Vlahović, hoping to acquire him on a free transfer next summer, keeping the competition for the player's signature open.
It is worth mentioning that Vlašić underwent surgery in December and will not return to participate in matches before March, according to the same reports.
