Real Madrid Offers Mastantono to Juventus

Real Madrid and Juventus continue to discuss a number of files during the summer transfer market, including the future of young Argentine Franco Mastantono, whom the Spanish club has offered to its Italian counterpart for a loan move next season.

The newspaper 'Tutto Sport' reported that Real Madrid wants to give Mastantono the opportunity to regularly participate in a European club, given the difficulty of securing a starting position in the team during the 2026/2027 season, while the club insists on keeping the player and not considering selling him permanently.

The newspaper indicated that the loan option is the preferred formula for Real Madrid, similar to the experience Nico Paz had with Como two years ago, making it a suitable solution for all parties involved.

On the other hand, Juventus is handling the matter cautiously, as the club's management studies the player's compatibility with coach Luciano Spalletti's ideas, especially amid significant expected changes in the attacking line following the departure of Dusan Vlahovic, along with the anticipated departure of both Jonathan David and Lois Openda.

Tutto Sport added that Real Madrid has already started communicating with other clubs in the Italian league in anticipation of delays in Juventus's decision, especially since some of these clubs may offer the player a greater chance to participate regularly.

In a related context, negotiations continue between the two clubs concerning Gonzalo Garcia, although the potential deal differs from the Mastantono file, as Real Madrid prefers to complete it through a final sale that includes a buy-back clause in the future.

Coordination between Real Madrid and Juventus also extends to the file of Moroccan international Brahim Diaz, whose future is expected to become clearer after his participation with the Moroccan national team in the 2026 World Cup.
