German coach Hans Flick, the head coach of FC Barcelona, has decided to adjust the team's preparation program ahead of their match against Villarreal, scheduled to take place on Sunday evening at La Cerámica Stadium, as part of the Spanish league competition, in the team's final game of 2025.

According to the Spanish newspaper "Sport," Barcelona usually follows a fixed routine on league match days, which involves holding a morning training session at eleven o'clock, followed by a press conference with the coach at one in the afternoon, whether the match is at home or away, with some exceptions related to Champions League matches.

The newspaper explained that the preparations for the Villarreal match will see a noticeable change, as the final training session has been rescheduled from the morning to the afternoon, immediately following Hans Flick's press conference, which will take place at its usual time.

Sport indicated that the reason for this adjustment is the team's decision to travel to Villarreal on Saturday and stay overnight there. The players will head to the airport immediately after training at the sports city, in preparation for the match.

Barcelona will face Villarreal at 5:15 on Sunday, a timing that led the coaching and administrative staff to prefer traveling a day before the match to avoid any unexpected circumstances. This also required adjusting the time of the final training session before heading to La Cerámica.
