The draw for the Round of 32 of the 2025/2026 Copa del Rey was held today, Tuesday, December 9, 2025, in the city of Las Rozas. This round includes the direct entry of the four teams participating in the 2025 Spanish Super Cup, namely: Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atlético Madrid, and Athletic Bilbao, as they did not participate in the previous rounds.

The Round of 32 matches will be played between Tuesday, December 16 and Thursday, December 18, 2025, while the Rayo Vallecano match has been postponed to Monday, January 6, 2026, due to the inability to hold it during the original period because of a scheduling conflict with the team’s Europa League match.

All matches will be played as a single-elimination match, with the lower-division team hosting the match at their stadium. If two teams from the same division are drawn against each other, the host will be the team whose name was drawn first. Video assistant referee (VAR) technology will not be used in this round but will start from the Round of 16.
