According to the Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo", only three players from the current Real Madrid squad have previously scored at Camp Nou: Federico Valverde, Vinicius Junior, and Kylian Mbappé, who scored his goals at the stadium while wearing the Paris Saint-Germain shirt.

Federico Valverde's goal came during Real Madrid's 3-1 win over Barcelona in LaLiga 2020/2021, as he opened the scoring in the 5th minute before Ansu Fati equalized. In the second half, Sergio Ramos scored from a penalty, and Luka Modrić added the third goal in the 90th minute.

Vinicius Junior scored in the second leg of the Copa del Rey semi-final of the 2022/2023 season, when Real Madrid beat Barcelona 4-0, having lost the first leg 1-0. The Brazilian opened the scoring before half-time, and then Karim Benzema netted a hat-trick in the second half. Vinicius will miss today's Clasico due to suspension.
