Regarding the injured players, Laporta affirmed his full support for the young talent Lamine Yamal, stating: "Lamine is a genius, I stand by him, we support him completely. He is a wonderful young man and a remarkable player, and Barcelona is fortunate to have players of this caliber throughout its history."

He continued: "He needs to be protected; he is 18 years old, and it's not easy for him to deal with everything that's happening. He handles things normally, he is kind, and he needs our support. Injuries like his groin injury don't heal overnight, and he works hard like all the other injured players."

Laporta also highlighted the efforts of all the injured players, citing Gavi: "You see every day how he works on his knee injury morning and evening, and I appreciate his efforts, just like with Lamine, who balances playing and training."
