Tickets for the Open Training Session at Barcelona's Spotify Camp Nou Sold Out
Spanish newspaper 'Sport' announced that FC Barcelona has declared all tickets allocated for the open training session for fans on Friday, November 7, sold out, just two days before the team's match against Celta Vigo in La Liga.
The newspaper explained that the anticipated return of Barcelona to Spotify Camp Nou has generated great excitement among club members and fans, as the high turnout for the training session resulted in the full capacity of 23,000 spectators being reached, distributed between the main stand and the south of the stadium as part of phase 1A of the stadium's reopening.
The club confirmed that this event will serve as a practical experience to test the readiness of the facilities before the return of official matches, noting that the next phase 1B will see an increase in capacity to about 45,000 spectators, which will allow achieving financial returns similar to those the club currently receives from its matches at the Olympic Montjuïc Stadium.
The club also indicated that some additional tickets will be gradually released if the tickets allocated for official or technical commitments are not used, adding that the maximum allowed in the current phase is 25,991 spectators.
The newspaper emphasized that the club expressed its great gratitude to its members and fans for their enthusiasm and continued support for this historic event, confirming that the date for the official return of matches at Camp Nou has not yet been determined, although expectations suggest that the first official match after the return will be on November 22 against Athletic Bilbao in the thirteenth round of La Liga for the 2025/2026 season.
