Portuguese manager José Mourinho of Benfica focused on the differences in players after his team fell to their host Newcastle United 0-3 in the Champions League.
Mourinho said: "Having a player like Harvey Barnes on the bench is a luxury, an absolute luxury. They killed us with their transitions, speed, and sharpness; we couldn't keep up with them."
He continued: "This shows me the level of Newcastle. We couldn't compete with their strength; it's simply a matter of parity. Their second goal was catastrophic psychologically."
