Spanish newspaper 'Mundo Deportivo' revealed that FC Barcelona received positive news regarding the condition of their Brazilian winger Raphinha, who is continuing his recovery from a hamstring injury in his right leg, sustained during the recent match against Oviedo.

The newspaper explained that the player underwent an MRI scan on Thursday to assess the progress of his injury, and the results were encouraging, giving him a strong chance to return and participate in the Clasico against Real Madrid on October 26.

The newspaper confirmed that the initially set absence period for the player was three weeks, ending on Friday, but he has not yet participated in team training, meaning he will not be ready for the match against Girona next Saturday in La Liga.

The newspaper added that there is a possibility that Raphinha could be included in the squad for the Olympiacos match next Tuesday in the Champions League, but the coaching staff led by Hans Flick prefers not to rush his return to ensure his full recovery before the Clasico, which he is expected to start from the bench if circumstances require.
