Moroccan international Ayoub El Kaabi, striker for Olympiacos, was crowned on Monday evening with the Best Foreign Player award in the Greek Super League, in recognition of his remarkable performance and impressive statistics since joining the league.

The ceremony also saw Olympiacos coach, José Luis Mendilibar, awarded the Best Coach in the competition, while the Best Young Player award went to Christos Mozakitis. El Kaabi also secured his well-deserved place in the league's ideal lineup, reaffirming his significant impact on the competition.

The Moroccan striker opened the current season with three goals in the first four rounds of the league, confirming his continuity as one of the top scorers to have played in Greek stadiums in recent years.

El Kaabi is expected to play a pivotal role with the Moroccan national team in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, alongside Youssef En-Nesyri, in an attacking line that is highly relied upon to achieve the aspirations of the 'Atlas Lions.'
