The Spanish newspaper 'Marca' revealed the financial details of the transfer of English player Marcus Rashford, Manchester United winger, to Barcelona during the current summer transfer window, to support German coach Hans Flick's squad for the new season.

According to the newspaper, Barcelona has reached a full agreement with Manchester United and the player on all personal and financial terms of the deal, which stipulates Rashford's loan to the Blaugrana for one season, with an option for a permanent purchase for 35 million euros.

The British network 'The Athletic' pointed out that Manchester United agreed with Barcelona to cover Rashford's full salary during the loan period, noting that the player will reduce his salary in a way that suits Barcelona financially.

Barcelona is scheduled to officially present its new player to the Spanish media next Tuesday, before he joins the team's squad on their preparatory Asian tour for the 2025/2026 football season.

Some media reports confirmed that Flick has already communicated with Rashford to explain his project with the team and the expected role of the striker when he joins the Catalan club.
