Nottingham Forest announced on its official website the renewal of Nigerian defender Ola Aina's contract for an additional three years, keeping him with the team until the summer of 2028.

Aina joined Nottingham Forest in the summer of 2023 from Torino in Italy, and he delivered impressive performances during last season in the Premier League, starting in 35 out of 38 matches.

Aina has played 59 matches for Nottingham Forest in all competitions, scoring 3 goals and providing 2 assists.

Aina commented on the extension of his contract, saying: "I am at the peak of my happiness, I look forward to continuing this journey with the club. I have always felt that this place is my home since I joined, and now I am focused on preparing well for the new season and working hard."
