Al Ahly's Stance on the Return of Aliou Dieng
Reports have revealed the stance of Al Ahly officials regarding the continuation of Malian player Aliou Dieng in the ranks of Al Khaleej after the end of his loan next summer.
The reports indicated that Al Ahly officially informed Aliou Dieng of his return to the team before the Club World Cup in mid-June.
The same reports added that there was a sense of dissatisfaction within Al Ahly due to Al Khaleej's failure to commit to paying the financial compensation for Dieng's transfer during the past period, before an agreement was reached to schedule the dues in three installments.
It is worth noting that Al Ahly is placed in Group A of the Club World Cup alongside Inter Miami, Palmeiras, and Porto.
