Egypt National Team Roster for International Break
The coaching staff of the Egyptian national team, led by coach Hossam Hassan, announced the official roster that will compete in the matches against Ethiopia and Sierra Leone as part of the African qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
The Pharaohs are set to face the Ethiopian team on Friday, March 21, 2025, in the fifth round of the qualifiers, before meeting the Sierra Leone team on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, in the sixth round, in two matches where the Egyptian team aims to strengthen its lead in the group and get closer to the dream of qualifying for the World Cup.
The roster of the Egyptian national team for the matches against Ethiopia and Sierra Leone is as follows:
Goalkeepers: Mohamed El-Shenawy - Mohamed Awad - Mostafa Shobair - Abdel Aziz El-Balawaty.
Defenders: Mohamed Hani - Ahmed Eid - Mohamed Abdel-Moneim - Rami Rabia - Khaled Sobhi - Hossam Abdel-Meguid - Ahmed Nabil Koka.
