Qatar coach: We are ready to compete in the 26th Gulf Cup
Qatar national team coach Luis Garcia said that his team is ready to compete in the Arabian Gulf Cup "Gulf 26" competitions.
A match will be held tomorrow between the Qatari and UAE national teams at nine o'clock in the evening Cairo time and ten o'clock in the evening Mecca time.
Garcia said in the press conference before the match: “We are ready to meet the UAE at the beginning of the tournament, and we have a group of players who have a professional mentality.” We will deal with the tournament one match at a time, and we will strive to achieve victory in every match. We are the champions of the Asian Cup and strive to prove our strength again.”
He continued: “We are preparing well for a new stage. The opening match is always difficult, but we have a young and enthusiastic team. A number of players are joining the Qatari national team for the first time, and this enhances our enthusiasm for the tournament.”
