Arteta: This was wonderful, and we will enjoy this victory

Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta appeared in press statements, after defeating Tottenham 1-0 in the fourth round of the Premier League.

The coach said: “It is something Unbelievable, I don't know when this has happened in our history. After the international break, we received some blows from the team. It showed a lot of maturity from the team."

He added: “When they entered the final third, it was very difficult because they had structure. We were missing vital players and we had to react to that. I am very happy.”

Wazid: “We had to adapt and use different players and different qualities. I was hoping they would do something with the ball and we did that. Sometimes better than others. They are a really good team.”

He concluded: “Defensively we were very good today. There are things to improve on, but we have another win here, which is huge. I know how our fans will feel about that, so enjoy this victory.”
