In the match between Leeds United and Tottenham, held as part of the 10th round of the Premier League at Elland Road, there was a controversial refereeing moment as Leeds player Jayden Bogle escaped punishment after a strong challenge on Matheus Cunha.

The incident occurred in the 37th minute of the first half, when Bogle tackled Tottenham player Dominic Solanke from behind, causing the latter to fall to the ground in pain, amid calls for the referee to intervene and take disciplinary action against the Leeds United player.

Despite a review of the game via VAR, no red card or even yellow card was issued to Jayden Bogle, raising questions about the officiating decision given the severity of the challenge.

Matías Tyl was unable to finish the match after suffering an ankle injury, prompting the Tottenham coaching staff to substitute him in the 43rd minute, with Dominic Solanke coming on in his place.
