Marco Landucci, assistant to Massimiliano Allegri at SSC Napoli, admitted Juventus deserved to win their clash in Serie A, stating that his team delivered a weak second half and did not meet the required level.

Landozzi said in statements to "DAZN": "We had a poor second half, and Juventus deserved to win. When you lose, you have to keep quiet and go home. It's true that we had some injuries, but that's not an excuse."

Allegri's assistant added, in response to concerns about the team's situation: "We are not worried, but we feel a great disappointment because this match meant a lot to us. Now we must keep quiet and prepare for Wednesday's match, as there is not much to say and a lot to do."

Landochi discussed the injuries suffered by Kevin De Bruyne and Giovanni Di Lorenzo, explaining that the former had an issue with his ankle, while he could not determine the reason for the captain's exit. He emphasized the need for players to take responsibility for the decline in performance.

Regarding Scott McTominay's performance and the conversation he had with Allegri after the match, he said: "When we lose, we all lose, and everyone could have performed better in the second half. Juventus played better and deserved to win. I spoke with Allegri, and he certainly wasn't happy, and we agreed on the need to perform better in the second half."
