Brazil squad announced for upcoming international break

Carlo Ancelotti, the Italian manager of Brazil, has announced the list of players called up for two friendly matches against Japan and Singapore during the international break in November. The squad includes Raphinha, the star of FC Barcelona, despite him not yet reaching his best physical condition after returning from injury.

Raphinha's last appearance for the Brazilian national team ended with an injury about a month ago, before he returned to play with FC Barcelona. However, he has not yet regained his full form and has not been able to play a full match since his return to the pitch.

The squad also includes Real Madrid duo Vinicius Junior and Endrick, while Paris Saint-Germain captain Marquinhos missed Ancelotti's selections due to injury. The list features several new faces, with some players absent, including João Pedro due to injury.

New names include goalkeepers Bento and Lucas Perri, defenders Carlos Augusto, Jonathan Jesus, and Vanderson, midfielders André Luiz, João Gomes, and Marlon Gomes, as well as forward Alisson Santana. The list also marks the first appearance of Allan, a Manchester City player, with the senior national team.

The Brazilian Football Confederation has decided not to call up any players from Flamengo or Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras due to the strong competition between the two teams for the Brazilian league title, as well as Palmeiras' preparation for the Copa Libertadores final against Estudiantes de La Plata on November 28 in Montevideo.

Brazil will face Japan on November 14, followed by a match against Singapore on November 17 as part of their preparations for upcoming challenges.

The list is as follows:

Goalkeepers: Pedro Morisco (Coritiba), Bento (Al Nassr), Lucas Perri (Torino).

In defense: Arthur Dias (Paranense), Carlos Augusto (Inter), Douglas Santos (Zenit), Gabriel Magalhães (Arsenal), Júnior Caíque (Nottingham Forest), Jonathan Jesus (Cruzeiro), Vanderson (Monaco), Vitor Reis (Manchester City), Wesley (Roma).

Forward line: Allan (Manchester City), Alisson Santana (Shakhtar), Endrick (Real Madrid), Estêvão (Chelsea), Raphinha (FC Barcelona), Rayan (AFC Bournemouth), Vinicius Junior (Real Madrid).
