Kitara coach challenges Al Ahly FC: We can qualify from Cairo

Al Ahly FC is set to host Uganda's Kitarra on Sunday evening at Cairo International Stadium in the second leg of the CAF Confederation Cup Round of 32.

The first leg ended with Al Ahly FC winning 2-1 at the Hoima Stadium in Uganda.

Ketara's coach, Waswa Bosa, has confirmed that his team has the chance and ability to achieve victory and secure qualification from the heart of Cairo. The coach stated in official remarks: "We have come together with a sincere desire to go and face Al Ahly FC; we have serious and highly focused individuals."

He added: "Unfortunately, we were not adequately prepared in the first leg, and at the last moment we regained the services of Nícolas Casozzi, but he got injured and left the pitch, which affected our chances and the team's performance, and we ended up losing."

He continued: "After that, we took enough time and sat down to discuss things and find out where the problem occurred. We have corrected our mistakes to see how we can move forward towards success and victory easily."

Wasa Bosa concluded his statements by affirming the team's readiness, saying: "This is what motivates us all as a team, we see that success will come soon, because we are united in spirit, and we have become well-focused, so we can see how we can move forward and achieve victory in our next match without any regression."
