Al-Hussein Amouta, the head coach of the first football team at Pyramids FC, was extremely angry following the 3-3 draw against Qanah FC in the match that took place on Wednesday evening as part of the seventh round of the Egyptian League, due to the performance the team displayed during the match.

Qanah FC held Al-Ahly to a draw in a thrilling match at Cairo Stadium, costing the Red team two more points in the race for the Egyptian League title, despite their success in avoiding defeat thanks to a late goal.

With this result, Al Ahly have increased their tally to 17 points in second place in the Egyptian League, four points behind leaders Pyramids FC, while Qanah FC now have 8 points in eleventh place.

Reports have revealed that Amouta was extremely angry after the match and reprimanded the players for their drop in performance against Qanah FC.

The source clarified that the coach has focused his criticisms on three players: Mohamed Hani, the right-back, Yassin Marai, the team's defender, and Imam Ashour, the midfielder, due to their performance during the match.

The source added that the Moroccan coach's anger was significant following the draw, to the extent that attempts to calm him down did not succeed in containing his emotions after the team dropped two points.

This anger comes amid growing pressure on Al Ahly to restore their level and achieve better results, after the draw against Qanah FC sparked discontent among their fans and opened the door to criticism of the performance of several players.
