Yassin Marei's father defends his son and sends a message to the fans

Sayed Marei, player agent and father of Yassin Marei, defender of Al Ahly FC's first team, has defended his son and sent a message to the fans, asking them to separate personal disputes from evaluating his son's performance on the pitch.

In a television interview with "MBC Masr 1", he stated: "Anyone who has a disagreement with Sid Marei, please, it has nothing to do with my son Yassin Marei, whether it's a presenter I refused to appear with, or a player I fell short with at some point, or an agent competing, Yassin Marei has nothing to do with the matter."

He added: "Yassin last year in his first year with Al Ahly FC was the third top scorer for Al Ahly FC with 3 goals, and because Al Ahly FC only won one title, he didn't get his due recognition."

The father of Al Ahly FC player explained that his son is not inclined to engage in disputes or respond to criticism, which he believes may be one reason for not receiving the recognition he deserves.

"He neither speaks nor responds to people, and this has upset them. He is a player who is 23 years old and carries the Al Ahly FC defense. Evaluate Yassin Marei away from his father."
