Officially.. Mohau Nkota returns to Orlando Pirates on loan from Al-Ettifaq
Al-Ettifaq have officially agreed to loan South African winger Mohau Nkota to his former club Orlando Pirates for one season, allowing the player to return to his home country after a year since his move to the Saudi Pro League.
Mohau Nkota has joined Al-Ettifaq in the summer of 2025 from Orlando Pirates, on a contract that extends until 2028, after catching the eye during his first season with the South African team.
The 21-year-old player participated in 22 matches with Al-Ettifaq during the last season, scoring two goals and providing three assists, before suffering a knee injury that sidelined him for an extended period.
Mohau Nkota's return to Orlando Pirates comes as he seeks to regain his fitness and form, providing him with a greater chance to participate, after the South African team became the player's new destination for the 2026/27 season.
