Three clubs compete to sign Jamie Vardy
Three clubs have entered the race to sign veteran English striker Jamie Vardy after his departure from Serie A side Cremonese following the team's relegation to the second division.
Jamie Vardy, aged 39, has become a free agent, with interest from English clubs Wrexham and Sheffield Wednesday, as well as Brazilian side Sao Paulo.
Vardy joined Cremonese last season, scoring seven goals during his appearances with the team in Serie A.
According to the British newspaper 'The Guardian', the three clubs are seeking to benefit from Vardy's experience, who has had a notable career, most notably with Leicester City, where he led the team to win the Premier League title in 2016.
