Ittihad move to complete two signings ahead of Al Nassr clash

Al-Ittihad are moving strongly to secure two new signings during the summer transfer window, having approached to sign Japanese Ritsu Doan and Algerian Hicham Boudaoui, in preparation for upcoming challenges.

The Al-Ittihad administration is taking action ahead of the anticipated clash against Al-Nassr, scheduled for next Saturday in the fifth round of the Saudi Pro League.

The journalist specializing in the transfer market, Santi Ona, revealed that the federation has reached an agreement with Ritsu Doan regarding personal terms, while negotiations with Eintracht Frankfurt continue.

The Saudi club has made an offer of nearly €20 million to Eintracht Frankfurt, hoping to secure approval and complete the transfer of the Japanese winger Ritsu Doan to the ranks of the club.

In the case of Hicham Boudaoui, journalist Sébastien Denis confirmed that the federation has reached an agreement with the management of Nice, paving the way for the Algerian midfielder's transfer during the current transfer window.

Boudaoui is expected to sign a three-year contract with Ittihad, with the deal valued at around 8 million euros, according to journalist 'Foot Mercato'.

Al-Ittihad are targeting Hicham Boudaoui to replace Brazilian Fabinho in midfield, after the latter ended his association with the club and moved to Trabzonspor on a free transfer.

The management of Al-Ittihad hopes to close both matters quickly to provide the coaching staff with new players ahead of the match against Al-Nassr, as the club seeks to strengthen its squad and compete strongly for titles.
