Juventus Revives Interest in Sørloth
Alexander Sørloth's name has made a strong return to Juventus' considerations, as the Italian club continues its search for a physically strong number 9, according to Sky Sport Italia.
Juventus had placed the Norwegian striker on their list of targets at the start of the transfer window, and there was even communication between Sørloth and coach Luciano Spalletti, before the club management turned to other options.
According to the report, new communications have taken place between Juventus and Atletico Madrid, with the idea of a swap deal involving Nico Gonzalez being proposed, as the Spanish club is keen to bring him back on loan with an option to buy.
Conversely, Atletico Madrid prefers to sell Sorloth on a permanent basis, which has prevented an agreement from being reached regarding the terms of the deal. However, negotiations between the two clubs are ongoing, with the possibility of reaching an arrangement that could finalize the transfer before the transfer window closes.
