Official: Manchester City Announces Renders' Departure to Al-Qadisiyah
Manchester City has announced the departure of Dutch midfielder Tijani Reinders, who is set to join Saudi club Al Qadsiah in a permanent transfer. The deal will be finalized once the necessary international clearance is obtained.
Renders joined Manchester City from AC Milan in June 2025, and has played 50 matches for the team across all competitions, scoring 7 goals. One of his standout moments was scoring on his Premier League debut during the 4-0 victory over Wolverhampton.
The Dutch midfielder contributed to Manchester City's triumphs in both the FA Cup and the EFL Cup during the 2025/2026 season, before deciding to embark on a new adventure in the Saudi Pro League.
On the international stage, Renders has 35 caps with the Netherlands national team and was included in the squad for the 2026 World Cup, before moving to Al-Qadisiyah to take on a new challenge in his career.
