Shakhtar Agrees to Loan Carvalho from Al-Qadisiyah

Shakhtar Donetsk has finalized an agreement with Al Qadsiah regarding the loan of Brazilian winger Gabriel Carvalho during the current summer transfer window.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the agreement between the two clubs includes Carvalho's transfer to Shakhtar Donetsk for one season on loan.

The contract includes a clause granting the Ukrainian club the right to permanently purchase the Brazilian player for €18 million, with this clause set to be activated in June 2027.

Carvalho is preparing for a new experience outside the Saudi league, as he is close to donning the Shakhtar Donetsk jersey for the upcoming season.

The terms of the agreement give Shakhtar the opportunity to evaluate the Brazilian winger's level during the loan period, before making a final decision on converting the deal into a permanent transfer.

If the Ukrainian club decides to activate the purchase clause, Carvalho will continue his journey with Shakhtar on a permanent basis, for the financial value specified in the agreement with Al-Qadisiyah.

The signing is part of Al Qadsiah's efforts to manage their squad during the summer transfer window. Meanwhile, Carvalho is eagerly anticipating the start of his new adventure in the Ukrainian league.
