Official: Al Ahly Signs Algerian Mounsef Bakar

Al Ahly SC has officially announced the signing of Algerian striker Mounsif Bakar from Croatian club Dinamo Zagreb, on a contract that extends for three seasons. This move is part of the club's strategy to strengthen the squad in preparation for the upcoming season.

Al Ahly has announced that Dr. Essam Sarag El-Din, the head of the contracts sector, has traveled to Croatia to complete all procedures related to the transfer. He successfully concluded the financial and administrative aspects of the player's move.

Negotiations and coordination took place with the Croatian club in collaboration with Captain Wael Gomaa, the director of football, who monitored various details of the deal until reaching the final agreement and completing the signing.

Mansif Bakar is considered one of the standout Algerian strikers in recent years, having previously played professionally with ES Sétif, Istra 1961, and New York City FC, before moving to Dinamo Zagreb. He is now set to begin a new phase in his career wearing the Al Ahly jersey.
