Real Madrid Terminates Contract with Ceballos

The reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed that Dani Ceballos will leave Real Madrid during the current summer transfer window, after the final decision was made regarding his departure from the royal club.

According to Romano, the Spanish midfielder is preparing to start a new chapter in his football career, having been left out of Portuguese coach José Mourinho's plans for the upcoming season.

The report indicated that Ceballos' contract with Real Madrid was set to last until the summer of 2027, but both parties reached an agreement to end their relationship this summer, allowing the player to leave the team for free.

Real Betis is one of the prominent clubs interested in signing Ceballos, while Ajax had shown interest in acquiring him last May.

Ceballos is leaving Real Madrid after spending years at the club, during which he won several domestic and continental titles. However, in recent times, he struggled with limited playing time and did not secure a consistent key role within the team.
