José Mourinho, the manager of Real Madrid, is set to implement a new strategy for managing his players' physical effort, inspired by the approach taken by Luis Enrique with Paris Saint-Germain, which involves giving stars rest periods throughout the season to maintain their readiness for crucial fixtures.

According to Marca, Mourinho has decided to take advantage of the Spanish coach's experience, who relies on resting several key players at different stages of the season to avoid fatigue and reduce injury risks, ensuring his players reach the end of the season in the best possible physical condition.

The plan of Real Madrid's coach does not only involve making changes during matches or adopting a rotation policy among players, but it also extends to organizing rest days and applying special procedures that allow some players to have extra time for recovery, both physically and mentally.

Arda Güler and Aurélien Tchouaméni were the first beneficiaries of this policy during the match against AEK Athens in the Champions League, with the experience set to be repeated in the near future to include other names within the ranks of the royal team.

Mourinho aims to achieve a balance between the pressure of matches and the demands of competing in various tournaments, while keeping Real Madrid's top stars ready during the crucial stage of the season.
