Ajax Moves to Sign Ceballos

Journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed that the Dutch club Ajax has opened talks to sign Dani Ceballos during the current summer transfer window, based on the desire of coach Michel, who considers the Spanish midfielder a priority to strengthen the team.

According to reports, Ceballos tops the list of targets that Ajax has been working to secure since last May, given the coaching staff's confidence in his abilities and extensive experience.

The player is expected to leave Real Madrid this summer despite his contract running until the summer of 2027, after the club decided to sell him due to his limited appearances last season, in addition to the disagreements he had with former coach Álvaro Arbeloa in the locker room.

Real Madrid has set a price of approximately 8 million euros to agree to the departure of Ceballos, a figure that doesn't seem out of reach for Ajax, which is looking to complete the deal as soon as possible.

The Dutch club hopes to conclude negotiations quickly, while Ceballos is preparing for a new experience in search of more playing time and a more significant role in the upcoming phase.
