The summit of the professional championship witnessed a new development following the conclusion of the postponed match from the 21st round, as Raja Club Athletic succeeded in taking the lead in the standings, benefiting from the stumble of their direct competitor, the Royal Army, in the capital derby against Fath Union Sport.

The military team squandered a valuable opportunity to reclaim the top spot, settling for a 1-1 draw, thus giving Raja the advantage in the race for the lead during a critical stage of the season.

Raja Club Athletic now sits at the top of the standings with 42 points, leading by just one point over the Royal Army team, which has raised its tally to 41 points, the same as Maghreb Fes, who shares second place with the military team.

This draw reshaped the competition for the title, as the rivalry among the leading teams intensified, given the narrow margins separating them as the season approaches its end.

For its part, Wydad Athletic Club continues to be in the competitive circle, having settled in fourth place with 40 points, tied with Renaissance Berkane, leaving the competition open among several clubs aspiring to finish the season at the top of the standings.

The current situation of the championship reflects the intense competition for the title, as the calculations remain open for more than one team, led by Raja Casablanca, FAR Rabat, and MAS Fes, alongside Wydad Casablanca and RS Berkane, promising exciting rounds in the final stages of the season.
