Carrick Approaches Permanent Leadership of Manchester United

Manchester United's management is leaning towards recommending the appointment of Michael Carrick as the permanent coach of the team, following a remarkable period during which he led the team temporarily and succeeded in restoring stability and strong performance within the club.

According to what was reported by the BBC network, CEO Omar Berrada and Director of Football Jason Wilcox have concluded that Carrick is the most suitable choice to lead the new project. The recommendation will be presented to part-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe this week before formal negotiations begin to appoint him to the position.

Carrick, who took over the role after the dismissal of Ruben Amorim, led Manchester United to impressive results, including winning 10 out of 15 matches, with only two losses. He also guided the team to advance to third place in the Premier League and secured a return to the Champions League, with notable victories over Manchester City, Arsenal, and Liverpool.

The report also indicated that Carrick received significant internal support within the club due to his calm work and focus on developing young players, in addition to praise for his management style that restored balance to the team after a period of turmoil. Meanwhile, victories over teams like Aston Villa and Chelsea played a crucial role in solidifying his position.
